Our design team worked with the client and project architect to meet an extensive list of goals and objectives for the campus landscape renovation project. Throughout the design development process, Land Expressions provided cost projection services, ensuring that the improvement dollars were maximized and the project was delivered within budget.
Project Details:
- Entry way upgrades focused on low maintenance landscape improvements
- Incorporation of columnar basalt at key areas throughout the site (Main Entrance, Patio and Breezeway)
- Upgrade existing irrigation controllers to ‘smart controllers’ which reduce water consumption up to 40%
- An irrigation control and distribution overhaul linking 5 individual control systems
