On an open hillside overlook the city, this family wanted a space for large parties, active family get-togethers and quiet outdoor activities. Land Expressions was retained to design and install a large natural pond downslope from the house, restore fields of native grasses and construct the pool and entertainment area. To retain the feel of wide open spaces, the required pool fence was designed using vertical steel bars meandering through the surrounding landscape.

- In pool water fall and hot tub
- Varying pool deck grades above and below water surface
- Shade arbors on both sides of the pool.
