This South Hill home is a beautiful example of modern contemporary architecture. Its minimalist style is reinforced with a simple outdoor cooking area and a unique water feature that offers a precise fall of water to the lower reflecting pool. The goal of the landscape architect was to create a dialogue between indoors and out that is rooted in the home’s design to develop an integrated character for the entire site. Interior wall details were used in the water feature design to accomplish this goal. The rear of the property borrows landscape from the adjacent country club.
