Two doctors with growing kids wanted a therapeutic retreat that would also accommodate a large pool and plenty of for active entertaining. With a sloping backyard full of pines and love of shrub and flower gardens, they wanted the pool to look as organic and natural as possible yet have the ease of an automatic pool cover. Land Expressions proposed a solution using curved pool walls and natural boulders. Cantilevered concrete pool decking accommodated the track for the pool cover and the retraction equipment was accessible under the deck’s removable concrete panels.

20'X40' pool with 13' deep end for diving
Custom in ground jetted hot tub
Pool fencing with double wide gates for open activity space
Basalt boulder retaining mixed with granite focal points
