Land Expressions served as the “one stop shop” design-build consultant for the Red Lion’s pool and slide renovation. An unsightly utility vault & dangerous tile slide were replaced with a ‘Vegas style’ faux rock waterfall and slide. The faux rock surrounded the vault, keeping it accessible but invisible. Land Expressions drove the project from initial creative design, plumbing design, health department permitting, bidding and construction. This project is a great showcase for not only the end product but the design-build process. Come have some poolside fun!
